About

Kay Tang is a freelance concept artist and illustrator based in Tokyo. She has been working in the game industry for 7 years on a variety of AAA and VFX titles from around the world, mainly on fantasy-based projects.

Her greatest love in art is simply pencil on paper, and she is currently building an illustrated anthology called 'Sight of the Nascents', depicting the ancient Forest of Sight and its many inhabitants.

Into this project, Kay is pouring her fascination for nature, anthropology and myth, to create a world where deities, mortals and plants each hold a deep power alike, and shadow and light entwine as one in the space between leaves and bone-dry branches.

This shop is where you can buy illustration prints depicting the characters and environments from this world.
